Ready to Fly – Business Planning
Thursday, 25 June, 2015 @ 9:15 am - 1:30 pm£25.00
So you’re thinking seriously about getting your business off the ground? Perhaps market research has begun to cross your mind? Do you have your numbers in place? If these are the questions that you are asking yourself, then what you need now is a plan.
Business planning can be the hardest part of getting “business ready” but a business plan should be more than just a route to securing finance or that much needed start up capital. Although it shouldn’t have as many pages, your business plan should be the ‘working Bible’ for your business.
The Ready to Fly – Business Planning programme takes place over six weeks, kicking off with a one day training course. You will become equipped with knowledge and skills to develop your plan, focusing on crucial areas such as marketing plans and financial viability.
You will work over six weeks with a specially designed workbook that will essentially break down business planning into bite size chunks with assignments, therefore, commitment and self motivation will be required to complete this course and receive the amazing benefits. On-going support and mentoring will be provided by the course facilitator.
Peer to Peer Networking group
Once you have completed the six week course you will be invited to attend a celebratory networking event where you can share your achievement and meet other entrepreneurs in your local area.
