He has extensive experience in property development, residential lettings, property management and sales. Samuel Estates has acquired both Purser and Co Estate Agency in 2009 and Hooper Jackson in 2010. They are an award-winning company, recognised as the Best Small Business & Best Business for Customer Satisfaction in the Merton Best Business Awards. Nick has been a director of Merton Chamber since 2012.
