Get into the Christmas spirit at this annual carol service held in aid of Wimbledon Guild, the Merton charity that helps to reduce social isolation and loneliness across the borough. This year the carols will be performed by two Wimbledon schools: The Study Wimbledon and Bishop Gilpin Church of England Primary School. It is also a celebration of St. Mark’s Church 50th anniversary.
Doors open: 6.30pm, service starts 7pm.

CHRISTMAS IN THE VILLAGE – IN AID OF WIMBLEDON GUILD, Wimbledon Village, Sunday 9th Dec, 10am – 5pm
Wimbledon Village kicks off their annual festive shopping celebration on Sunday 9th December. Christmas in the Village is in aid of Wimbledon Guild and this year the charity – that works to reduce social isolation and loneliness across Merton – will be running the ever-popular Santa’s Grotto (10-4pm) outside the Dog and Fox as well as carol singers, face-painting and, of course, the talented Wimbledon Guild Knitting Ladies will be selling their fabulous and unique Christmas decorations from inside estate agent’s Andrew Scott Robertson office.
