Behaviour towards our members, delegates or staff which is deemed inappropriate or offensive, or which makes the recipient and/or others uncomfortable, is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. This applies to all contact whether it is face to face, in writing, on social media, or by telephone. This also applies if we are made aware of other incidents outside of Chamber business. In all cases we reserve the right to address this and/or to remove the offending person/organisation from membership and /or events with immediate effect.
