JOB VACANCY - Residential Property Legal Secretary/Paralegal – Full time - Peacock and Co

Peacock & Co is a thriving, forward-thinking law practice with offices in Wimbledon Village and Epsom. We are seeking an experienced full time Legal Secretary or Paralegal to provide high quality support to our Residential Property team. The position will be based in Epsom until September 2025, and Epsom/Wimbledon thereafter.

The successful candidate needs to have experience in residential conveyancing matters and prior experience in all support aspects of residential conveyancing is preferred.

You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to use your initiative and be a real team player, good at building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues. Organisational, communication, IT skills and prior experience are essential.

The working environment is particularly friendly, social and supportive.

Salary negotiable depending upon experience. 

Benefits include: bonus scheme; a generous holiday allowance; pension; private medical; death in service cover; Cycle to Work scheme; and an annual subsidised ski trip.
