What do you enjoy about running the business?
Our team enjoys helping other SMEs ready to scale up to overcome challenges and assisting clients in succeeding, making each day a rewarding experience. We invest in long-term, trusted relationships and take pride in promoting a positive work culture with continuous learning and collaboration. Our core beliefs include embracing a growth mindset and training our team to have different skill sets.
What is your advice to other SMEs?
Believe in your brand proposition and research your market well to ensure competitiveness. Create a strategy focusing on learning and adaptation and evaluate regularly to see what you can improve. “Every marketing activity you take must be captured as a learning, no matter how small it may be.”
